Meet Danielle

Independent Scottish designer Danielle Rattray honed her experience in graphics, fashion design and branding before building her reputation in international eyewear design. Danielle’s collections are known for their bold shapes, confident use of colour and always high material quality. A graduate of the University of Dundee’s Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Danielle was born, raised and remains based near her hometown in the North East of Scotland.

Danielle’s trademark Romance-meets-Rock aesthetic is inspired by the many strong and independent musicians, artists, friends, colleagues and women Danielle knows.

Danielle Rattray eyewear is dedicated to the strong, independent modern woman. Bold lines, strong but understated colour inspired by the many musicians, designers, personalities of fashion and pop culture. Strong but feminine, bold but understated. Danielle Rattray eyewear is designed to a smaller more compact fit with emphasis on superb balance and finish quality.

Craftsmanship

All Danielle Rattray product is designed from the ground up in Scotland. She dedicates herself to confident design and working with small and high quality British and European manufacturers. Danielle Rattray eyewear is developed with a team with over 25 years of experience in the eyewear industry. All Danielle Rattray eyewear is hand made in the Rhone Alpes region of France. The focus on is on suberb fit and balance and the highest possible quality in all that she creates. Danielle aims to build unique and inspiring products that can be enjoyed for generations.
